-> All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorization.
-> Free delivery is provided upon purchase over Rs. 4000 (Rupees four thousand).
-> For purchases less than that delivery cost of Rs. 200 (Rupees two hundred) is charged.
-> We will endeavor to deliver orders within 3 to 5 working days subject to provision of a valid address within Pakistan. However force majeure events might delay or render impossible any deliveries.

Exchange & Returns
-> In case of damaged/wrong item being received: You may exchange all the delivered goods at any ECS store within 15 days of delivery on presentation of original invoice provided the goods are unused, are packed in original packaging with all tags attached, and not altered in any way.
-> In case of customers wishes to exchange at his/her own will: You may exchange the delivered shoes except bags, perfumes, watches and accessories at any ECS store within 15 days of delivery on presentation of original invoice provided the goods are unused, are packed in original packaging with all tags attached, and not altered in any way.
-> All purchases are non-refundable.
-> Replacement can only be made against merchandise available at store at that time.
-> Store manager/staff may refuse to accept any exchange at its discretion.
