Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at shopecs.com, either by registering your Email ID with us or using a guest account to checkout.
How do I select items to purchase?
As you browse through the ECS Website, click on the Add to Cart button for the items that you wish to purchase after selecting required color and Size.
How do I place an order on ECS Website?
Once your desired item is added to the shopping cart just click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner and select continue to check out, you can either checkout as a Guest or you can sign up to get latest updates. Then you have to provide your personal details, select the payment method and then select proceed to confirmation button. Then on order confirmation page, you have a complete summary of your order, so after reviewing it, with either you can cancel it or select the Order now button. Then you will receive a verification code, please enter it in a given tab, so your order can be verified.
Will my order be placed if I don’t send the code?
Yes, your order will be successfully placed, In case you do not receive the verification code, you will receive a confirmation call from our customer care representative between 09:00AM- 05:30PM to verify COD Orders.
What are your payment options?
ECS offers its customers a variety of payment methods. You can place an order using Credit/Debit Card, and COD (cash on delivery) payment methods. For international orders, you can use credit/Debit card option only as COD service is not available outside Pakistan
How much does shipping cost?
Free delivery is provided upon purchase of Rs. 3,000 (Rupees three thousand) or above. For purchases less than that delivery cost of Rs.200 (Rupees two hundred) is charged. For International Orders shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the ordered shipment.
What are your Delivery Areas?
We deliver all over the World through 3rd Party Logistic services i.e. Leopard and Swyft for deliveries in Pakistan and DHL for the rest of the world.
What is Split order delivery?
If you order multiple items, you may receive them separately with two different tracking numbers. This allows you to track each package individually. However, for Cash on Delivery orders, you will need to pay the COD amount separately for each split order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or modify your order, then you may contact us via phone +92 42 111 327 111 or you can WhatsApp us on 0321 4010205. You cannot cancel or modify your order once your order has been shipped from ECS premises.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding those Saturdays on which Company Offices remain closed, Sundays public holidays. We ship your order using 3rd party Logistics i.e. Leopard and Swyft for Pakistan and DHL for International Orders.
How can I track my delivery?

How long does it take for my order to reach me?
The order from ECS within Pakistan will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days subject to provision of a valid address. The estimate delivery time for International order ranged from 7 to 15 working days for in-stock items. However, force majeure events might delay or render impossible any deliveries.
What happens if I receive a damaged product/item?

What if the product is Out of Stock?
