-> In case of customers wishes to exchange at his/her own will: You may exchange the delivered shoes except bags, perfumes, watches and accessories at any ECS store within 15 days of delivery on presentation of original invoice provided the goods are unused, are packed in original packaging with all tags attached, and not altered in any way.
-> All purchases are non-refundable.
-> Replacement can only be made against merchandise available at store at that time.
-> Store manager/staff may refuse to accept any exchange at its discretion.
-> Should you wish to return the goods via courier, please send it to "ECS Office, E-commerce Warehouse, 1-C-1, Canal Park, Gulberg II, Lahore, Pakistan 54600" with written required changes. Courier charges will be borne by you both ways.
