International Exchange and Return Policy

 

Duty & Taxes

The customers must ensure to pay the Customs Duty & Tax Charges (if applicable) for his/her shipment specific to customer’s country at the time of delivery by courier company.

Shipping Charges

International shipping rates, to be charged from the Customer, are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the ordered shipment.

Payment Options

All international customers will need to make order payments using credit/debit card in advance. Cash on Delivery services are not available outside Pakistan.

Delivery Time

The delivery from ECS is based on the time required to clear the payment from the bank, order processing, transit time and customs delays (if any). The Estimated delivery time ranges from 7-15 working days for in-stock items.

Items not allowed for International Shipping

Due to flammable ethyl alcohol content, ECS fragrances cannot be shipped internationally.

Returns & Exchange

1.a Return/Refund for both full and discounted price articles is not allowed. However, if the customer wishes to exchange ECS products on her/his own will that is change of size, color, or design, then customer will have to bear the shipping cost (both sides) and customs duties/taxes on the following terms:

b. The returned product should be unused and in original packaging with all tags and stickers intact to be eligible for exchange.

2.a In case of any defected or wrong item being received by the customer, ECS will be responsible to reship the correct item to the customer bearing the cost of item, the shipping cost and custom duties (if any).

b. Customer can also opt for a full refund/credit of same amount (including delivery charges but excluding the custom duties) after necessary investigations of the claim.

i. Refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card that was used for the original purchase. For the claim customer must share the pictures/video of the defect/fault with the ECS at customercare@shopecs.com. It will take up to 30 business days for the refund amount to appear in Customer’s Bank Statement.

ii. The customer should notify discrepancy via email customercare@shopecs.com within 24hours of package being received. ECS will not cater any exchange/return request after the above mentioned time period.

3.a In all the matters concerning above details, company decision shall be final.

Order Cancellation

A customer may cancel his/her order at any time before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped the customer will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and our exchange policy will be applicable.

ECS has the right to cancel any order without giving any prior notice, but once the order is cancelled customer will be notified via email.
