Q1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at shopecs.com, either by registering with us or using a guest account to checkout.

Q2. How do I select items to purchase?

As you browse through the ECS Website, click on the Add to Cart button for the items that you wish to purchase.

Q3. How do I place an order on ECS Website?

Once your desired item is added to the shopping cart just click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner and select continue to checkout, you can either checkout as a Guest or you can sign up to get latest updates. Then you have to provide your personal details, select the payment method and then select proceed to confirmation button. Then on order confirmation page, you have a complete summary of your order, so after reviewing it, with either you can cancel it or select the Order now button. Then you will receive a verification code, please enter it in a given tab, so your order can be verified.

Q4. Will my order be placed if I don’t send the code?

Your order will be placed, if you do not receive the confirmation code, In case, if you do not receive the verification code, you will receive a confirmation call from our customer care representative between 09:00AM- 05:00PM

Q5. What are your payment options?

ECS offers its customers a variety of payment methods. You can purchase through Jazz Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card and COD (cash on delivery) service.

Q6. How much does shipping cost?

Free delivery is provided upon purchase over Rs.1500 (Rupees one thousand and five hundred). For purchases less than that delivery cost of Rs.200 (Rupees two hundred) is charged.

We deliver all over Pakistan through courier services.

Q8. Can I change or cancel my order?

Q9. How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Any order placed on on Sunday will be shipped on the following week.

Q10. How can I track my delivery?

Once you have placed your order, we will email you a Customer Order Number. With the help of this number you can track your order. All you have to do is open ECS website and enter this number by selecting the truck icon on the top right side of the website.

Q11. How long does it take for my order to reach me?

We will endeavor to deliver orders within 3 to 7 working days subject to provision of a valid address within Pakistan. However force majeure events might delay or render impossible any deliveries.
